Personal Airline Exchange, Inc., dba WingTips, operates as a charter broker as defined by 14CFR295. WingTips uses only FAA-certificated air carriers to operate all flights and does not own, lease, or operate any aircraft. WingTips acts in one of two capacities on each transaction: as Agent for the client or as Agent for the direct air carrier. WingTips discloses all required information under 14CFR295 to the charterer prior to the operation of the flight. The operational control of the flight is the sole responsibility of the air carrier performing the flight.
